Indeed you are right in the sense that God can indeed play 'deadly' (not to be read literally - I really believe its divine ) games of happiness & sorrow / life & death / poverty and prosperity / ignorance and knowledge / pains & gains with us to test our mettle / resolve / conviction / commitment . And in all probability most people invariably fail in His tests.

The only objection by me to believe it real is that it denies u the power u really have and you really feel u have no way of it (it becomes permanent logic of your subconscious) and that has spiralling effect on your life .

In that case, sounds to me like he's putting people on the ''test'' for no other reason than simply being a moron. Especially since he's already omniscient and knows if we fail or pass.

If one has kids , one will very well understand how to grow one's child through a healthy blend of play , test , punishment , exhortation , motivation , inspiration , demonstration .

Its not all the time that He keeps on taking tests and He's hell bent failing people and troubling them .

If there is lots of pain in the life of people then there is also lots of fun and bliss in the life of people . Nobody in pain ever you enquire will want to leave the world because they feel there is lot more juice in life and lot more hope for it to come by . People are not fed up with tests and trials .In fact many people are thrilled at the sight of challenge or test
