I Saw a Chakra Today!
Hello,
I am grateful today because,
1)..I had a happy day..yippee
2)..I meditated today for 45 minutes!
3)..I saw my brow chakra,right in front of my face,and,the colours are not vibrant but subdued pastel.

1. I am grateful for a couple good friends I am to visit with tomorrow and their down to earth enthusiasm for life.
2. My family, despite their sometimes annoying habits.

Ahhh... I can feel that this excercise is more challanging today then most days.
1) I am grateful for my husband who supports me in whatever path I choose
2) I am grateful for my positive attitude towards learning new thing
3) I am grateful that I am opening up to the ever expansding and immersive universe
