A clean break
A Piece of Quartz I have had an accident and is now 2 pieces of Quartz, It is a Clean break and occurred along one of its natural fractures within.
Should I, would you Superglue it back together again?
Will it effect it's energy?

Hi Neville, I am sorry to hear about your crystal : ( I am not sure if using superglue would change the properties of your quartz or not. But I was wondering if perhaps you thought of wrapping it. My pendants for necklaces and such are wrapped in different metallic wires depending on the stone.
Or perhaps it was supposed to break in two for reasons you may not understand yet. Maybe a piece of it belongs to someone else. I have purchased a stone not really knowing why??? But then getting an overwhelming feeling that I should give it to a friend later on.
I suppose if we listen hard enough the stones will let us know what to do...

Sorry to hear about your quartz! :( I don't know if superglue would have an effect on its energy, but if it were me, I would not glue it. Wrapping it like Blooms suggested would be a good idea, or I would just embrace that you now have two crystals instead of one. Maybe it was supposed to happen, you know?

Sorry to hear that! I also agree not to glue it back together.
If you carry around both pieces until they're healed, then you can use them together as a healed pair, or as two separate pieces.

Hi,
I agree I wouldn't superglue it for several reasons, but can you get it polished into two new pieces? Do you have your own polishing kit? It's not that hard to do as long as you take precautions against the dust eye glasses and dust mask. Otherwise take the two pieces to the next Rock n Gem show and the guys there will happily create two new crystals for you at a very reasonable charge :)

I wonder if there is a reason it is meant to be in two ? I know it seems sad when you have a cherished crystal but perhaps there is a reason for the two?

I would suggest you wait and see. Perhaps there is a person in your midst who the other half of the crystal belongs with, or perhaps you may meet someone special (friend or what-have-you) with whom you feel an intense closeness and compatability to whom you will feel impulsed to give it...!
