Ok, thanks Adrienne :) you know, I thought about it, and these "hypnic jerks" are the body's way of protecting its physical and emotional self. Either, I must have been subconsciously stopping myself from connecting to someone and I'm still holding onto old fear, or a guide/angel is trying to bring something really important to my attention and I'm being too stubborn to see another viewpoint. I guess I'll find out soon...
