Book1 Dizzy feeling in the shower. Grounding?

Hello,

In the shower, I have felt dizzy, as if the ground was rocking or falling, so today I have tried some meditation.

During having a shower, I did not feel any of those dizzy feelings.

Is it something to do with grounding?
Please can somebody explain what grounding actually is, and whether meditation was the reason my dizziness stopped.

Thank you! :)

I know you're asking from the point of view of meditation and 'grounding', but there can be physical causes for that as well.
Not everyone experiences dizziness in a hot shower or bath, but it is more common than we think.
It can be to do with the sudden dilation of blood vessels in the skin, which draws blood away from the core of the body and head. It can be dangerous (re; falling in the bathroom!) and from a risk of fainting in a bath tub of water.
It can also be something to do with sudden drop in blood pressure.
If you 'google' that symptom, you will find quite a lot written about it.

Shorter showers can help, plus reducing the temperature of the water.

If it keeps happening maybe mention it to your GP?
