Shielding a loved one
Hi
I only started shileding last year when someone recommended it to me as protection and I find that it really has been beneficial for me.
Is it possible to shield a loved one (who I believe is in danger) who is in a different country? If so, is it ok to do it without their permission or knowledge?

I don't see the harm to protect loved ones from any danger. If your intentions are good go for it. You would need to have a strong visualization skill to protect your loved ones by simply using the shield technique.
