I think God is the only one with that kind of power. We have the power to pray for it and faith to believe in it but nothing more.

I used to dream about meeting a guy who was physicaly my type, and personality wise i imagined every single thing how i wanted his personality to be, his interests, etc. i dreamt about how loving and emotional our relationship would be.. one day.. this guy walked into my life and i was madly in love and we had the most beautiful relationship until it abruptly ended due to numerous reasons. after the painful ending i discovered all about twin flames and soul connections... and i know that he was my Soul connection. i used the laws of attraction to bring my "perfect partner" into my life, yet i did not know what twin flames or soul connections were untill afterwards. so yes.. i attracted him to my life, but i also know it was part of gods plan. all the pain im going through now.. i guess i had to experience this to make me into who i am.

I don't think bad things happening, things like breakups, are part of God's plan per se. God just doesn't interfere with freewill. And we have to learn that there are consequences to our mistakes. God has a plan for everything and everyone though. So even if you make a mistake you can still get back into God's grace again.
