Whats going on?

I'm jeff 39 m from London . I guess im on here for a better understanding of what is happening to alot of us at the moment , transition (i think ) . i started to see things like shadows of small animals , cat's and dogs with their tails up and rubbing the wall (not the dogs) as they walk towards me.now I'm getting people not able to make them out but i get an out line or like a solid mass shape of someone day or night ,I'm getting more and more small dots of lights blue , white, purple,black. I've had a funny couple of weeks too . i was putting my little girl to bed (6) when i was giving her a cuddle it seemed like the bed started to shake !so bad it seemed , i had to call my mum (in spirit world) to stop it . i know im going on but i would just like to paint a small picture is all . last night wasn't much fun . so i stayed i my little girls room last night as she's ill so she could sleep in are bed . i know somthing was in the room with me i was going to get up and get in to are bed but thought no I'm going to stay. I called on the angels (a little protection) but when i got to the end word light i had the biggest ringing in the ears it was unreal so i said it again and i happend again. After that not to sure but i rember calling out and well just a busy night . i only sleep for about2-3 hours and wake up all throw the night . i see things at work walking towards me or watching me work . im not to sure on what to do now i do try and ask the spirit's but don't get anything back , is it me ? All i want to do is help people n some days i fill like i maybe going mad even when i talk to people i see things shoot off of them or something will catch my eyes i swear they think im crazy . i feel like my home is not helping more draining then anything else , im a calm person with loads of energy . thank you for taking your time to read this n sorry about the spellings . but i would like to wish you all with love and light jeff

I would consult with a doctor. It could be neuro-biological and only fixable with medical treatment.

Could be a problem with your eyes, could be a problem with how your brain processes visual information, etc. It's too frequent and in-depth to say it's nothing, and nobody here can give you anything accurate so its best to see a local professional.

They have found that seeing things and hearing voices is treatable with niacin (vitamin B3). The first year of symptoms is easiest to cure. 3000mg of pure niacin.

A doctor would likely prescribe you antipsychotic medications which are VERY bad for you in the long run. I suggest natural treatment. You can google it if you want too.
