dreamt i was giving birth...soul mate connection as father

last night i dreamt that i was giving birth to a baby. the dream was very vivid. in my dream the father was my 'soul mate connection', it's been very rocky for us recently on regards to our connection. there is a lot of emotional intensitiy that he can not handle and there is a lot of love felt from both of us. we are not together but it is a deep, soul mate connection. in my dream i was about to give birth and then i was speaking to him on the phone, he said "i'm really sorry i can't be there right now" in a sympathetic voice. in my dream i gave birth to a girl and she had the 'fathers' lips and my blue eyes. Obviously i understand everything in this dream is symbolic but what could it all mean?

1. It is about rebirth.
The baby girl is YOU and this soul connection with him has awaken you (and/or made you aware of yourself).

2. You may be pregnant and it may be a prediction dream. He is not going to be there for you and the baby.
(If you are not yet pregnant, you can use birth control to avoid it.)

3. It is a representation of the relationship situation. He is basically unavailable. He would NOT be there for you even in an important life event that involves him (Like giving a birth to his child).
