I work in the field of psychiatry and have always ben loving to work with the human mind. Ive primary ben working with this through basic body awareness, and exercises for this.
but lately starting to use more guided meditations (like bodyscans) etc. :) and are hoping to improve my practice, through tips and guidance and reading your posts on the subject :)!  |
