You are welcome! Also, read books by mediums. Don't feed the fear. Think good thoughts. Know you are in control of yourself. Sing. Yes sing.

I already read some older posts in the thread "common questions about life" which is led by spirit guide sparrow. I was deeply inspired by him and my interest in mediums was definately sparked.
I know that I'm in control of myself but because I'm new to ways of the spiritual world I'm confused a lot due to the vast amount of information in this area. I'm very grateful that I found sf as a great source of information and a community so kind, understanding and helpful. Thank you once more.

There is so much out there. I personally stick with positive information. Trustworthy mediums. I stay away from those that invoke fear. Traditional views often contain fear. Fear is the opposite of love.

I will take your advise and try to stick with positive information and more importanly with love and not fear. I started to read "journey of souls" by newton. It is so mindblowingly interesting I almost can't put it down. It cleared so many things up and helped me already to overcome my fear. And wow, the stories are so heartwarmingly honest and full of emotion. Thank you again for your recommendation. Have a blessed day!
