working circle

Hi i sit in a working circle, would like to hear from people who sit in circle for a chat and to share experiences....

if we arrange to meet one night a week at a specific time and stick to one thread we could all see what we can pick up for each other in one hour then close the circle. do a protection thing before we start and after what do you think??
