oh, I have to say I finally had a wonderful break through over a week ago and I could not get enough of it and have been meditating every day since and usually more than once and usually more than an hour. Love it.
Not sure what changed for me, but it did and the effects so far have been profound for me.

If you set schedule say 50 minute's slt you have enough time in slot to do meditation again & again and meditation is done in relaxation with entire focus on method.
Its very easy and within few days you will master it.
Dont fight with thoughts let them pass away pay entire focus on your method.
