facing side effects due to astral projection.

I had several experiences where my soul about to leave my body but i never really managed to completly go out of body like visiting to distant places etc but still i have expirenced many changes in my mind losing interest in material and practical things and i feel that neither i am able to completly understand my soul's purpose in terms of what work i have to do in my life, i dont know what to do in my life although i am developing a great love towards all but not in terms of what work i need to do practically, am i missing something just because i havenot moved my soul to distance in astral projection and meeting to spirit guides etc, it would be so helpful for me if any experienced person in astral projection or enlightened person guides me what i need to do? And please only reply me if u r expirenced in astral projection and if u understood what i am saying practically.

Go into an altered state of consciousness (hypnosis or meditation) and ask your question! You might get a lot of opinions from books, forums, acquaintances, but you can't know whom to follow. Your judgement may fail you. So, ask your higher self / god / universe, or whatever non-physical higher power you believe in!

"losing interest in material and practical things" isn't anybody's higher purpose in life.

I am 37 and I have just figured out my purpose though I have been doing it almost my whole life. I am now ready to take it farther. You dont have to meet your guides to communicate with them ask for signs. Talk to them they can hear you and are always more than happy to help. You are not able to AP right now but you are not lacking anything. It takes practice and time to AP for some it can take several years.
