Ordered a slew of stones today.
I've got a pendant that's like a little cage with loops of metal. Only little stones fit in it. I can put a little stone in, take it out and put another in so I can work with different stones without changing the pendant. HealingCrystals on Amazon.com sells small tumbler stones for about a dollar a bunch, a bunch being about 25. I ordered like ten different stones today for $20! Very excited. Looking very forward to working with them. If any of you need some tumbler stones, HealingCrystals on Amazon.com has a lot of nice ones.

Ordering stones online is OK, but there's something about actually seeing and touching them first. Certain stones attract me - and they can't do that online.

I got a few of those spiral cages as well (different sizes). Very handy, especially since I don't like my stones to have holes drilled into them or things glued on to them.
I don't like gemstone jewelry either, but sometimes I need to wear a stone on my heart/thymus/solar plexus chakra, so then it's real handy to have the spiral cages!
I also prefer to feel and see my tumble stones before I buy them. I want to know exactly which stone I'm going to get, not have someone else grab one out of a container for me.

I know but I don't have a crystal store near me. I think there's only one in Orlando and they only sell a few stones. |
