Hi Comforting, ohhh carpel tunnel is horrible. well, you are supposed to use your left hand, as this is (spiritually speaking) the receiving hand, and this should have the required effect, but by all means if it feels more appropriate to put your right against it, then please try it.. try both ways and see which feels best, keep asking with intent all the time.
