For anyone struggling with veganism and/or thinks vegan food is boring or too difficult I totally recommend Aine Carlin's two cookery books - Keep it Vegan and The New Vegan. The first is like my Bible, the second I've recently purchased and is just as good as the first. The recipes don't demand hours in the kitchen or weird ingredients you've never heard of. They are just fab!

Exactly the case for me...in my head! I've known for 20 years that veganism is the way to go, and I'm 90% there with it. I've just got to dump a small amount of cheese, and drop 1 or 2 processed products that I use for quick fixes, or include in short-cut recipes!
Then I'm there...finally in alignment with my conscience! |
