What's your take on this? (Reacting to stones)
Today a friend and I got together to foster and test my ability to sense the characteristics of stones. I closed my eyes and put out my hand and she dropped a stone into my palm. Then I gave her my impressions.
The first stone she put into my palm was a golden tiger's eye. My first impression was that it was a happy stone, though I didn't say that right away because I didn't know if it was me or the stone. (I was feeling pretty happy, too!) My palm was tingling and then, after a short time, it began to ache. What does that mean? I'm thinking it means I should stay away from that stone? But why? Or maybe it means I should only be around tiger's eye in small doses?
Several months ago I considered buying a tiger's eye wand, but every time I thought about doing it, I got this really heavy feeling, and so I never bought it.
I'd really love some interpretations on the achiness. The same thing happened with a piece of nephrite that I taped to my back. It didn't happen right away though. I don't think there was any tingling with the nephrite, just aching.

From my experience it can mean several things:
1. The stone has absorbed a lot of junk and needs cleansing.
2. The stone might be working on you and releasing junk out of you.
3. The stone could be clashing or not resonating well with your energetic vibration.
4. The stone might be strong for you.
I can distinguish between the aches and relate them to what I mentioned above but IDK how to explain it...
"Several months ago I considered buying a tiger's eye wand, but every time I thought about doing it, I got this really heavy feeling, and so I never bought it." I would take that as a sign that now is not the right time for it.

Thank you Selbor13. I love how thorough your response is. You've helped me see the possibilities...the complexities. I think I sensed there were more possibilities than I articulated, but I didn't know what they were. Your post was very helpful.
