The outcome relates to who?

Hey there,
Let's say you go to a reading, and ask about the potential for romantic relationship with a specific person. The reader sees lots of good things, including an engagement/romantic proposal as an outcome. She sees a pregnancy somewhere, but not sure for whom, and nothing bad about it per say.

Can all those things actually be predictions for that person the querrant asked about, and not for the actual querrant? The querrant isnt actually the one getting engaged (not to that person, nor to anyone else), but it's in fact the other person who will experience those things with a third party?

I had such things predicted for me recently, when I was asking about potential for a renewed romantic relationship with my ex later on. Now I realize that those things may not be about my ex and I, but was hoping it had to do with a romantic proposal for ME (from him or eventually another man), as the experienced reader believed. I may be overthinking this, but I'm now crippled with fear that those good things arent predictions for me at all, but rather about my ex and another woman. That it shows my ex and his new girlfriend actually being the ones eventually getting engaged (and not me, not even with a new man). And that they will be the ones expecting a child together, not me or a friend, family member, etc.

It's hard enough to accept that we're not gonna be together again afterall (just found out he's moved on to someone else)... but the thought of them getting engaged, and especially pregnant soon, is crushing me.
