The thread made me respond with a small verse i wrote this morning so i guess it should appear here hope you don't mind.
Some days I lay It down
Drop the weight of a question
That begins at birth
A search for knowledge
That is already known
It comes of its own accord
Not in the reading of maps
And interpreting of endless
Signs
Not through the senses
But in lying down
In the surrender
And acceptance of worldly things
As they are
In the don’t know mind
Totality appears

“ Today there is a great awakening beginning. Some have got the answer, some have not, but the search to solve the mystery of life has been born all over the world. The day that question arises in the mind is the greatest day of one’s life, for once it is born, it does not succumb until it is satisfied.
So, make your life an example of the teachings you follow — live up to them.
If you have a strong desire to get it, then God Himself will make the arrangements for you.”
Sant Kirpal Singh

and that fact, used as a basis for activity, is ornamental and insufficient.

@ falling leaves ... how so? For one, we can do no wrong if our recognition is as such ... without flickering.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

@ silentdrum ... ultimately, discussions and particularly judgment about whether or not someone else is enlightened does not help, more so if the judger himself is still searching.
I’d say, take what resonates within. What others say ... if it does not appeal, leave it.
For those who say mind-body is an interface ... perishable & transient and not our true consciousness/ unchanging awareness, the thoughts associated also are limited and therefore we should not react, since we are a witness so to speak. For others, who say that mind-body is the all ... well, sure, they should reject Roberts insights.
There is considerable spiritual information available all around ... several variants in Buddhism, Hinduism, Advaita Vedanta, Tantra, Christianity and so on. All paths have their validity. Yet what matters is how we connect with our own divinity within, in lived reality ... not in speculative thoughts.
‘In samadhi, there is only one singular consciousness and we are That.’ Now, this statement resonates only with someone who has so been. For others, it conveys nothing of value, since there is no proof offered.
