Odd personal writing.

Has anyone looked back at threads that you wrote and really think "did I really write that?", Where the heck did that come from? And it really doesn't seem like you wrote it.

Haha yeah, I’ve had this feeling. I know I wrote it but I do have the feeling, did I really write that as you said.

It was like that. When i have written on some other forum and one day that i looked back, i said to myself, how could i be so smart back then and now im not, what happened...

I was pretty much a really bad stoner when I first arrived on here. I gave up drugs two years ago. I look back at all my previous posts and go "whoah, how chill and lax I was back then...how totally in touch and wise I was...not anymore...Now I am just a whining ball of miserable existence since giving up the weed".

everyone has what works for them, if it's not broke don't fix it. my thing is music.

it seems to come and go in waves. Once the rythm starts seems like something else takes over, but in a good way. Is it a persons higher self being let out?

That smart was ok, i hope it comes back, but in more healthy environment.
When it was present, it did more harm than good :)

Higher self is not what one would think it is. Everyone says, when you need answers, turn to your higher self. Let me tell you something, that aspect doesn't have all the answers and can give you a lot of troubles, so this statement doesn't apply to anyone.

So in that case i would say, that i was smarter before, but higher self plays its part and brings you down easily and doesn't tell why.

My higher self is real darker i tell you... :)

I am not a professional anything but often there's 2 things at play in what you mention. I feel the all the answers are within you. Some are hard like finding a cure for cancer the answer is out there we just didn't find it yet, and the answers for the cure come one little piece at a time. If you stop looking for that cure the cancer only turns black. So keep looking you'll find what you need even if it is one little piece at a time.

My Higher Self is ALSO like this, but I have learned why!

Sometimes he can be all love, light, rainbow kittens and unicorn farts...other times, he is very dark, brutal and will pull no punches... seemingly not to care how I feel about that.

It is all about conditioned perspective. Do you think, for one moment, your Higher Self is going to just give you all the answers you seek on a silver platter? Of course not!

Sometimes he will...other times, he will challenge you to your very core, so you can come up with your OWN answers, totally independent of him... especially when there is NO right or wrong answer.

A good Higher Self will challenge everything you know... everything you think you know about yourself and what the role of a Higher Self IS...or should be, according to you, or your ego and NOT your Higher Self.

From time to time i read my older posts. I think its good to reflect back every once in a while.
