Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Yes I remember looking into that book and the guy who wrote it.

I think the title is a bit ambiguous tho. I feel he was stating that spirituality ie meditation, prayers etc change the brain rather than God per se.

Just the way I interpreted it tho.

Ide be very interested in what you think of the book Miss H.

I’m currently reading What You Are Looking For Is in the Library by Michiko Aoyama, and I must say, it’s been a delightful surprise.
This charming and uplifting novel beautifully celebrates the magic of libraries and the transformative power of books.
It’s incredible how the perfect book—whether it’s a children’s picture book, manga, poetry, or something else—can help people discover what they’re truly seeking in life.

PinkFlower, that book sounds so interesting. I think I may have to read it.

I am presently reading The Black Bird Oracle by Deborah Harnkness which is the 6th book in the Discovery of Witches series.

ETA: $73.00 later at Amazon...LOL

I really liked the book. I found it very positive and very encouraging to people to seek what they really want in life, learn new skills, take a step forward.

I passed the book on to my niece to read. she's a social worker, and I think she would really appreciate the book's lessons.
