I was once told that hanging from monkey bars a few minutes a day will improve any "slouched" appearance and help with alignment. They were right.

I often practise this exercise and tend to feel 'taller' straight after...has also strengthened my upper arms and shoulders.

took a natural walking class (can't tell you the actual name, but google is your friend) after months of practice, i'm now unable to slouch on a chair without hurting me. spine feels lengthened and I feel much better. i still stretch for the lower back as some things take time to get better.

i took secrets of natural walking and my posture has improved quite a lot since practicing it for months. it also helps with my sitting and walking posture. i can't cross my legs for long without feeling off now. that i'm a bit bummed about, but i know a good sitting posture is for the best.
