vivid drams after

do you guys get vivid dreams after meditation? i m slowly trying to learn how to meditate, the most i can do right now is about 10 mins. during this time, my mind wonders everywhere from work to daily life to tv to universe...etc. really need to try to black space it and focus on breathing. what are some of your tips and tricks? which crystal do you hold and use the most for your sessions? do you sleep better afterward or does it bring up deep issue in your dreams to let you know those are the issue in your life?

That's OK. You never intended for mind to wander off, so there is nothing you can do about that, but you can resume your meditation each time you notice it has wandered away. It doesn't matter at all how often it wanders off, or how long it wanders away for. Over time and practice it will wander less often and not for so long, but that doesn't matter. You just come back to breath every time you notice it wandered off.

The meditation does quieten the surface noise of mind and deeper issues start to rise up, which is part of the healing process. But the same thing - it is true that your meditation is beneficial for your healing, but making everything important only leads to attachment - so issues rising, they can rise or not rise - you don't mind.

Meditation usually makes dreams clearer, more vivid, better remembered as well, and sometimes it can make people sleep less than usual.

I don't do crystals, myself, but you know what I'll say, you hold a crystal or don't hold a crystal - you guessed it - doesn't matter.

What Gem says here - it's all part of the process.
