I'm not too savy with numerology, but I see this as two different numbers. The: "9" and "11". Both hold significant meaning from my understanding.

I have seen '11' quite alot lately.

Not 911 per se, but I did have an odd image of my bank account balance at 11,111,111.11, one day during a meditation on abundance
