If doesn't take long,just imagine a beautiful white light around you and ask your guide to only allow spirit in that are good.

chi chi if you are on medication sometimes spirit will try a little bit harder to reasure you that they are with you and looking over you especially in stressfull situations ie taking driving lessons/tests ect.
