I wear a unique necklace I made everyday. Both chains are stainless steel.
Right side: moldavite, clear quartz with occlusion, amphibole quartz, chevron amethyst, rainbow moonstone.
Left side: aegirine, kyanite, rose quartz, tiger eye, sugilite.
Upper chain has Baltic amber in a silver setting with wave design.
Tree of life has clear quartz, amethyst, blue goldstone, aventurine, citrine, red agate, and red sandstone.
On the chain of the tree of life is a 10k gold Black Hills gold cross and between each crystal is a gold angel wing.

Prehnite
I've changed it out a few times, but than whenever I walk into a gem shop, Prehnite & Larimar (which I have too) are the one's that speak to me, clear as day.
I just wear it now all the time, except at bed, unless I forget. I'm allergic to the necklace.
It tends to bring me very calming energies. I read online that it also helps to strengthen life force (which is poor within as I am ill) & energy and CFS -that would make sense.
It's such a pretty stone too.
I wore Red Tiger's Eye for some time, and found it too forceful. It was taking energy away in a sense as it pushed me to do more.
