Now visualise a green ball, some people will use pink or a diferent colour for this. but use your colour, visualise it coming towards you, again entring through your chakra, listen to the air around you feel the air as it flows around you, as it touches you your hands your face, also surround your body from fingers to toes to every bit on your body till you feel tingling sensations on your crown of your head and your feet and fingers..

Now with this one visualise a white cloud above your crown chakra, as it hovers above you, then when you have opened the chara more, let the cloud entre through your crown centre, filling every part of your body, with light, as this circles you and purifies you, and throws out the negative energies that have been stored, its all leaving you , whilst the love and the light is filling you, warming you, connecting you to your higherself...and the universe and great creator........
(Magnetum and soul ) are associated with this......

THE WORDS GREAT CREATOR CAN BE CHANGED TO GOD ..............DEPENDING ON IF YOU FOLLOW RELIGION ETC.....

when you have did these 5 min exersizes on each chakra, make sure you close each chakra, visualise the flower closing and the flower stop spinning, always keep your crown chakras spinning at all times...... and the root for grounding.....
if you do this over a period of time you will be able to complete the exersizes of by heart, these should also help you to open and balance your chakras aswel as your aura,
its best to so this exersize whilst in the lotus position if this is possible for you to do so.....
when you feel okay with this you can spend 10 mins on each one at a time........
