Energy Drain and Heart Flutters
Something new has been happening. If I'm going to go out somewhere, for some reason, this sudden extreme fatigue comes over me for a while. When I go out, I run into my twin flame. Anyone know what this is?
And the heart tug is getting stronger and more frequent. He can be a few feet away from me, and BAM! I feel like my heart's gonna jump out of chest... I've always wondered because the heart flutters vary. Is it a signal or am I feeling what he's feeling?

I would post this in the SoulMate or Chakras area.
It's most likely where the two of you connect. If this person is a soul conenction it only makes sense. Your chest would be where your heat chakra is located, is most liekly being activiated by the connection or could be a way to get your attention.
TRo fiure out what he's feeling try finding the cause of the feelings. If it is for no reason there is a good chance it is him. before anything, please check the doctors to ake sure you dont have a heart condition or anything.
