More Control over Lucid Dreams?
I have been a Lucid Dreamer for years, but I have trouble controlling it as much as I'd like - at least most of the time. I've had a few with a lot of control, for example where I was in a large mansion and I was exploring it. Or a couple where I was flying. But then I have horrible, horrific nightmares, where I know it's a dream, but I can't quite control it. Dreams about demons, aliens, and other monstrous creatures. It's actually worse, because the very things I'll think I DON'T want to have happen, are what will happen. The one thing I can do, is keep my eyes closed in these dreams, so I can't see what is happening to me, but I can still smell the creatures and hear and feel what is happening. Does anyone have any advice on how to gain more control over both my pleasant AND unpleasant lucid dreams? Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Try saying, control now and keep saying it until it happens. That is what William Buhlman would say to do. He is an author of ap books. He has very good advice.

Get yourself aware first. By being aware helps enormously otherwise you can drift off into a dream. Being aware helps you to have more control so you can do things a lot easier.
