Using Law of Attraction But...

Hey guys been using LOA lately.
My main arsnal of tools are Affirmations, Subliminals,meditation and having a positive mindset staying happy and living in the now..

Some of my desires have manifested but the funny thing is the people around me are benefiting so much when I'm with them..

Money is literally falling into there hands.
Family especially is getting so lucky it's laughable. Good things are happening.

One amazing manifestation is Dad came to the docs surgery with me while I had a appointment and miraculously got a basic skin check on the spot by chance.... Dad got diagnosed skin cancer which is now cured... Which I am so grateful for 🙏🙏🙏

Is there any reason why this is happening? Im not being selfish I'm free spirited and give more than I receive.

Any advice would be appreciated.
