Mercury and Sun opposition Mars= impulsivity problem?

I read somewhere that this aspect on charts,can play a big role on irritability issues,competiteveness or something like that.

I don't know,somehow I feel like that resonates with me because I struggle to maintain balance,in fact It's easy for me to have rage moments,however,I think the issue is relieved by the fact that my Mars is in retrograde in my natal chart,and also the fact that my most dominant planet is mercury on retrograde on aquarius,but that still doesn't help because,Sun,followed by Mars,are still high on percentage.

How would you balance this huge contrast?I often feel overwhelmed by people,and that goes way beyond my surface shyness(rising cancer) or maybe that has to do with intimacy problems,since I have Uranus conjuct Venus?What do you think?
