Good to know, Raven! I will get some with the next order I put in to Young Living Oils. I find their therapeutic grade quality to be far superior to other brands and well worth the additional cost. I've had great success with the healing of both physical and emotional conditions with these oils.
Tilia, grounding is an issue for me too, and I have a hard time shutting off my empathic tendancies as well. I'll let you know if the vetivert helps me, and I'd love to hear your experience with it as well. |

Thank you LightFilledHeart! I've been searching for some really good high grade oils. I'm going to give Young Living Oils a try.  |

in addition to the great suggestions you already have...
You can try Oakmoss. It's very thick, deep and beauty-filled.
I also like benzoin and vervain.
Even a very pure vanilla, 5th distillation type quality, can help with grounding.
And Sandalwood has already been suggested and that one is great too.

For grounding u can use this blends :
-Sacred Mountain: (Spruce, ylang ylang , fir, cedarwood
-Grounding: (White fir, spruce , ylang ylang, pine, cedarwood, angelica,Juniper)
