How do people poke you back out?

well kinda, one thing is the cause of the other? But east gate to eden is just a reference to how nice it would be if we could just drift into a better reality instead of having to spend all our time fighting with life...

well for example by calling me names? Stupid, ignorant, worthless, full of blame, insane, unsmart, unwise, naive, all sorts of stuff. It is very distracting.
Honestly I can deal with most of that any more, it is simple while a little depressing. Just learn not to share what one thinks...
But then you get into spiritual warfare which is a whole other story...

There are no shortcuts unless of course you find them. Living in the world but not of it is the ultimate. And of course if your choosing this way, the fight and it’s ending begins with you. I guess that’s a skip to the left or right depending on where your stuck in the fight.

Gosh you must hang around some self loathing, self judging critters.
I think the greatest test of liberation is being able to be you as you are, as you come and dance anyway.

you'd be amazed at the unbelievably mean things people do, when they come upon someone who cannot fight back.

I was in a meditation group gathering last night and I asked the males about growing up as a sensitive male who didn’t fight or fight back, one of the men said one time in school the boys decided to set him up against another boy who was a fighter. Just to get him to fight. They told the fighter a host of lies he supposedly said to activate him. That night he was attacked by the fighter and even then he couldn’t fight back. Instead he managed to get the truth to him and he backed off. The moral of this story really what your saying.
