The answer is obvious, tho, Rick. NDEs have 1000 books written on them, movies are made about them,
youtubes are everywhere....medicine has brought back to life so many people
now so we 'have more' stories of the Afterlife.
You must know this, right?
It's the 21stc...technology has made them 'well-known'...'popular', I have no comment on.
Take care.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.

I just realized that maybe you meant 'popular', as in, people are more interested in reading about them?
In that case, my comment would be, well sure they are, cuz there are indeed

more of them, people are not as scared to talk about them...and now
many know someone that has had one.
I hope some of this helps.

You can always do some quick research online.

I am old enough to remember when there were only a couple of books about near death experiences. Now I enter near death experiences in Amazon books and I see that there are 75 pages of books. So I guess that a lot of people are interested nowadays.

Or I have just done a search on how common are near death experiences. I am told that approximately 200,000 Americans report NDEs every year.
Not so long ago such reports would have been ignored by most medical professionals. Maybe times are changing.

Peace.

I think I had my NDE when I was in the womb. I don't feel like it changed my life because all of my life I knew there was more. More than just the family I had and came from. I'm still finding out so if anyone else had their nde in the womb or around child birth I'd like to talk with them and discuss further if I do fall under the sign and symptoms of doing so
