Hello!
This is my first post in this forum and I am glad to be here.
I thought it be best to start off from here as per the advice given.
I meditate regularly and had a kundalini initiation in 2015. On 2nd January 2016, I had an experience that changed me forever:
In short;
> Loud humming at night,
> meditated for 7 hours straight,
> heard Sanskrit (An ancient Indian Language) verses / singing in my left ear by (what I think is) a divine entity (At this time I was in Israel !) .. btw..i have no idea about the words or what they meant, I just know how sanskrit sounds like, but do not understand the language
> then electricity shot up my spine and hit my pituitary gland like a bolt,
> then I was Encompassed in Golden Light with millions of neurons firing like fire crackers,
> and finally an out of body experience. It was surreal.
Unfortunately, this was 2nd January 2016. It hasn't happened since, which does get me disappointed at times. But I have had spiritual experiences (of a lesser degree) nonetheless since then.
I have come here to:
a. Gain the insights and experiences of other practitioners
b. Ask questions on certain experiences I have had or continue to have
c. Find ways to improve myself spiritually, emotionally
d. Discuss the concept of world cycles and the future ( a particular interest of mine as a hobby!!)
