how do we speed up?

How do we speed up in today's world with things moving so fast ? how do we speed up the process of affirmation? I still don't get how it works? I tried affirmation for a week but still not working

You have to realise first that time doesn't exist. Then slow down, take it easy, and relax.

Things will happen in their own time.

When affirming a desire, you have to release any and all expectations of how and when. Everything appears right on time, but not if you tenaciously hold on to the desire (affirmation).

Affirmations are a method by which we let the Universe (God/-dess/Spirit/Source/etc.) know what we want. You can think of it as affirmative prayer, and adding gratitude for the manifestation. Give thanks as though it already is.

Everly : is affirmation similar to visual board? If I had a visiual board will it works without affirmations? I've had a visual collage on my phone for 2014 it has 6 wishes, 3 happened and 3 not yet...

A vision board is another way to let the Universe know what it is you desire. So, the short answer is that it's like an affirmation.

Btw, Scarlett's advice on learning about time is good. You can also read Stephen Hawking's A Brief History of Time. On a spiritual level, reading Gregg Braden and Jane Roberts are good starts on spiritual science regarding time.

I don't know a whole lot about affirmations but this is what I have come to believe: energy + belief = manifest

In the formula a curtain amount, unquantified to me, of energy/belief is required to manifest something. Your energy or belief can increase, I don't know which is more important but increasing one of them means that less is required of the other one to manifest something.

Energy is an overall measure of energies. Personally energy can be increased through becoming a more whole person, removing energy blocks, opening the chakras, raising in consciousness. Overall energy can be increased by removing things that vibrate at a lower frequency than you and though being around things of a higher vibration.

Belief is our openness to excepting possibilities. If you have a curtain view of things then your more likely to manifest things with in that frame work. Generally people don't manifest things because they aren't open to them. It isn't enough to say ok I believe lets see it happen, you have to truly believe in things. The way to increase the value of belief in the formula is by learning about how things work, take a theory study it, discuss it with people, break it down to such a point that you know exactly how it works in theory, now test it, put every thing on the line either it works now or it false.

Manifest is life. All things are manifestations not just the unexpected.

Hi Noon,
Do you feel you are saying the affirmations...or do you feel you believe the affirmations?

My take is diff than some others...but then you can ask...who has 100% success in their prayers/affirmations/requests or in manifesting things.
And then this is the person to listen to....whomever you decide that is.

You can command things to happen ...we are co-creators with God.
When He said, "Let there be light."
Think how He said it...how did he mean it...did he believe it was, bam, going to happen?
Was there any hesitation? Was there any reservation in power?
Any doubt that what He said was 'not' going to come about?

I say 'expect'.
Just as you plant corn...you ''expect'' you will get corn.
Just as you work a week...you 'expect' to receive a week's pay.

If you say...'I will sell this car at full price by Wednesday'...know that that is EXACTLY what is going to happen.
Leave NO doubt...you might as well, spend the money...because it is happening by Wednesday.

You are affirming it....you are commanding it.
Be clear, precise, powerful and direct.
