Thumbs up If i miss mediation 1 or 2days, if i am travelling?

Hello Friends,

I am going to my home town next month, i may miss 1 or 2 days, as i have to attend some functions etc... So will it affect on me, if i miss doing it.?

If i beocme too tired then how i will do?

Really, nothing to worry about. One or two days will likely be felt but won't cause any lasting problems.
If you are still worried, find 2 minutes for a quickie.

Meditation doesn't mean having to sit in silence for an hour at a time. You can meditate right now on your breath - or on your inner awareness! You can meditate on world peace, or other great things like that. People worry too much about things that shouldn't be worried over :)

Try what I do, find a few minutes just to daydream. Daydream is basically meditation.

Meditation is as simple as taking a break from external world. When you take a bathroom break or before going to bed, focus on some breathing exercises or other meditations practices for a few minutes. Meditation is as easy as taking a break from the outside world in order to focus inward, whether it's for a hour or 2 min.
