While I don't recall seeing any ghosts or things like that, I often keep sensing intense energies or a presence around me when I'm trying to sleep at night. It is as if literally someone is standing or sitting next on my bed and watching me but when I turn around there's totally nothing there. It's not necessarily scary but rather annoying because it hinders my sleep and I don't have a goddamn clue who/what is and what they want. I think it's safe to assume you'd have better things to do as a ghost rather than lingering around in a dude's bedroom...

Oh you'd be surprised. Ghosts will have a tendency to flock to anyone who can sense them. Oftentimes they are seeking help.
Does the energy feel positive to you?

Hi,
Have you ever considered that this ghost or spirit being may be some one like your guarding angel. Their assignment is to be present and near you.

If they are ghosts in need of help then they have to be pretty dumb to believe someone like me who isn't affirmed with light can help them, so I don't know about that. Doesn't help them neither that I trust invisible people just as much as I trust regular people.
And I have no idea, it just feels neutral and like a strong energy. I don't feel anything evil or agressive neither, just the 'fact' that I am not alone.

While I won't rule that out, It kinda sounds too good to be true since I doubt I have guardian angel(s) at all.
