You will do better in college if you regularly meditate, in fact you may do better in life if you regularly meditate.
It is necessary to re-evaluate your priorities. I meditated daily while attending college; got my bachelors degree
and went on to grad school, while doing meditation every morning. This helped me tremendously with the stress
of going to college, etc. I then became a college professor and did meditation daily while teaching 5-different
classes every semester; it helped me become a better teacher. I can not put anything before my daily meditation.
Learning to quiet your mind will help you better use your mind.

Art and writing can be a form of meditation. However, I think that sitting down and just meditating is important, maybe you can dedicate 5-10 minutes to meditating before you write or do your art?

Do you have any advice on making time to meditate and reconnect with the universe?

Hey, any updates on your progress/experience with meditation?
