My teacher used to teach "telepathic classes" maybe you should talk to him about controlling your ability.. or at least finding more balance with it.. I say congrats to you.. cause you will not be alone.. everyone's telepathy will turn on is my understanding.. your just a early riser

There's a technique that I read once about being able to hear your guides clearly: imagine a volume control knob that you turn up to hear clearer. I imagine that it would work in telepathy too: When you want to tune everyone out, imagine that knob and turn the volume way down. Energy follows intent.
