dangers of false incriminating telepathy

are there dangers in incriminating yourself telepathically? like say there is a telepath that reads your thoughts and is not very accurate but is more developed in other areas? has anyone ever had any bad experiences with this?

Allow me to put your fears to rest. We all have secrets we wouldn't like to be generally known--very few live life as if it were an open book.

I have the Gifts of Empathy and Claire-cognizance--which means that I know when someone is up to something and feel when something is not right--but these insights usually serve to steer me in the direction that I should go and the times I have attempted to share such knowledge is was rarely well-received and even less often acknowledged/accepted.

It is often said that law-enforcement Officers have a Gift called the "Blue-Sense"--which guides them in the work that they do--but that would only be a concern to someone who has done something truly criminal and I am going to hope that your use of the word "incriminate" was not meant in that way.
