What meditation does is distil your consciousness and energy vibration that you oscillate as a frequency. Gradually over time through repetitious practice this produces a faster oscillation of your energy and consciousness allowing a clearer channel to be optimised. You need not meditate in order to heal, but it can have many benefits if you choose to do so. It is therefore a question of how much you want to develop your healing capacity in service to the spirit.

What you will want to do is direct your intent very clearly as an act of permission for spirit to perform healing through your physical presence. During the healing you will want to remove your hold on personal ego and mental activity, particularly your need for control and direction of the healing, and allow spirit to take the role as leader. This means emptying your mind. The reason for this is because your mental controls will merely sabotage the activity, as human mind and will always overrules spirit interaction. You will only have to state your intent once at the beginning, it is not required that you attempt to maintain a mental thought to reaffirm your intent throughout the activity. A spirit team of multiple beings will be working together and will already know where to direct healing to.

This is a mental expectation which is part of your personal ego complex; If I do this - I expect ‘this’ to happen. This is where the biggest doubt arises from, the need to have your intentions affirmed. Let that go and simply trust that healing has indeed taken place. It is then a matter of how the recipient chooses to receive what was given and how much damage has already previously occurred within the patient.

They are not inherently evil, nor do you need to be terrified of them. Simply approach with common sense and caution just as you would anything you have limited or no experience of. Your main fear originates from imbedded visual references from movies and media producing preloaded judgements.

Because of their similarities with human appearance it also means their individual features and differences apart can be easier identified than with other species. For this reason their variations in appearance, behaviour and interactivity can seem broader, but their general tone tied within a strong disciplined femininity and deeper exotic sensuality. This can be mistaken for a male energy at times because of its assertiveness through a strong sense of will and boldness. Those groups who may interact with human beings do not represent all the characteristics of the rest of the species elsewhere.

My remark was, how to say, in all intents and purposes a prescription of humour. Not that mental instability is a thing to be laughed about. I understand levity can be a useful response in unusual circumstances.

If it serves as inspiration to question one's conditioned beliefs, that is a good start. If it only prompts one to exchange one set of beliefs for another, no matter how benign, then the information is being somewhat misused. However, if one is moved to explore one's truest nature, to recognize where self-imposed limitations are the only thing holding one back, and where love can awaken more deeply in one's life and relationships, then the information is serving its highest purpose.

Sparrow...welcome back!!! So glad you're doing well.

I have read your responses and given the topic (ETs)...that is interesting and yet not surprising. Do you mean those that interact with earth are less reputable and more base? I.e., more at "our level" globally (sadly I understand this is likely the perception, external to earth).

I've certainly heard of some unsavoury or low, common things secondhand that do seem to focus on more on a rather base physicality (even in what we would loosely call astral or spirit realms), at least as far as the earth humans apprehended the experience.

On another group of ETs, though I work mostly with the guides, I have really resonated greatly with those from the Andromedan star system I've encountered, and I hope all humanity everywhere can be as tolerant and loving and dare I say wise (for humanity) as those I've encountered. Just out of curiosity, since we're on ETs, what are your impressions there?
