Let's not be unkind to her with our thoughts. She is in Spirit now, and will see the pattern of her life clearly. It's kinder to send her blessings on her journey, not condemnation.

Thanks, Tobi. much agreed. Honor the deceased, I fully believe that.
For some of you younger forumers, my 2 cents - no disrespect intended to the deceased by this tangent that is not about her, but her father, Bob Geldof, was associated with Pink Floyd's The Wall so much, some people thought he was Pink. Others thought that maybe he represented Roger Waters bcuz of course he wrote the lyrics, then others speculated he represented Roger Barrett (aka Syd), as they speculated much of Waters' songwriting was about Syd. (Of course the film came after the LP, and it was an interpretation of the LP, not the work of Waters or Pink FLoyd.) At any rate, Bob Geldof was sort of like the face of insanity for (young) Americans who saw The Wall (cuz he didn't really have any other lead roles they recognized). And, well, if you don't know your Pink Floyd history - Barrett was involved in the band's early success before going crazy with drugs & drinking etc & was subsequently dis-membered from the band.
I think that Barrett went insane largely because of the intensity of his connection to Waters (as well as the drugs, etc), who didn't know what to make of it either, and that they were twin flames. If you like Pink Floyd and want to dig deeper into their music & story, see what you think of this theory- esp in the light of Waters' lyrics and themes throughout the years after Barrett was gone.
