You just don't see it cause you don't go to the underground rock clubs, new rock doesn't fit into the status quo.

They don't rock. People think they rock because they don't know what rock really is. They make a din and the crowd becomes a mass of hysteria. The lead break was a joke. I wouldn't even call it a lead break. They can't even play a lead break.

The guitarist from ther Chilli's demonstrates his ability, and yes, he rocks.

Teengenerate sound like a punk band. That's OK because punk has always been atrocious anyway... it's meant to be atrocoius... and teengenerate have a lot of style in that way.

Rock's not dead. It's just that it lost the purity of it's soul, and people who will never begin to approach the standard of Angus Young, Ritchie Blackmore, Steve Vai or Eddie Van Halen have the audacity to say they rock.

It's no wonder that the 'old farts' pack the house and continue to do so over 30 years, it's because what's authentic never grows old.

I love this clip. It's funny. (this one's censored)

LOL you have no idea what you're talking about. They pack the house because all people know is what they get from the mass media corporate machine. It's **** compared to the real thing. You've never experienced the real thing, most people haven't. It's a whole different ball game. You wouldn't believe the things that happen in a real rock show even if I told you.

No big deal though, if you're comfortable you should probably stick with the safe, corporate-approved music. Rock will shake up your whole world and that's not always good for some people.

I'm a rocker from way back. I lived rock music, and by lived I mean made a living of it.

Even my avatar is taken from my years a street musician, not a guy making a bit of cash on the side, a full time working earning living artist. There's no persuit of comfort is such lifestyles, and from the depth of life experience, I know what it's all about.

I lived in underground rock venues and rehearsal rooms, performed in biker clubs and illegal bars and I stood there in the best venues in town, under the lights.

Your bands don't have the soul.

I totally understand what you're saying, I wouldn't believe it either. Like I said you just have to be there. Youtube doesn't do it justice. Rock is positive despite the negative appearance to the parents and teachers. It challlenges us to our core, beliefs about harmony and such. Harmony is an occurance, not a formula.

Ya gotta be able to play. Bad attitude and shock value isn't rock.

What rocks is awesome.

Rock is a mind blowing experience that moves people. Brats wanna shock, not rock. Rockers wanna show people what they've got!

A rocker surpasses attitude. They fall into the uninhibited truth of self expression, and they shine.

They become stars.
