Existential Crises....
Have you ever had an existential crises? Have you heard of existentialism? Existential crises are hell. I once read that Ian Brady, who was one of the English Moors Murderers with Myra Hindley, committed his crimes because of an existential crises. That was in his own words.
It feels like the whole of reality is breaking down. Like there is no truth except blackness and fear.... It is nasty. I get them quite often. No where near as bad as Ian Brady of course, but bad enough.
It is the fundamental reason behind my fear of I AM. I feel that I AM is an existential crises. I have been working on this issue for many years and it is getting better. Through a clearer understanding of I AM and through positive thinking, prayer and various remedies I am healing.
It is not something I would wish upon anyone!

Well, let’s try this then ...
On one hand, we have the ability to think logically, analytically. That’s good. We can reason.
On the other hand we have intuition, cognising the whole instantly.
The ego or I-aspect, in as a separate doer discourages cultivation of intuition, since the ‘I’ disappears and non-self presence emerges. That’s how we meditate too ... by dropping analytical, fragmented thought.
The doubt or analytical question about the purpose of existence is natural. However, we cannot find the eternal in the ephemeral. Egoic thought has limitation. If we rest it and tap into the reservoir of the Universe by employing intuition, we cognise with clarity.
Hope this helps
