spatial awareness

any1 have a good feel of this?
im not sure if its the energy field, or awareness around your body.
but usually even when im really absorbed in thought. ill look up right before or steps before i run into something (light post, tree, person etc). sometimes if im paying attention i notice i feel it about to happen.
sometimes i feel people around me. sometimes i dont or i do it slow.
i can feel people watching me, but i cant watch people to hard, even on the sly.
(they start looking around)

id like to develop this. it would be cool to sense stuff around me. anytime i wanted.

Everything has energy. As an energy worker you notice it all, and then learn how to use each frequency and what works best for what.

The best way to learn is by experience. I've noticed many energy workers have differing terms for things and confusion and even arguments often ensue. Energy and energy work is often difficult to describe, easier to simply do or learn by doing.

Just be careful, take your time, and don't let it go to your head. That's the best advice I feel I could give.
