68 seconds of pure thought for a major manifestation

Abraham Hicks said that if you have a pure thought for 68 seconds you can create a major manifestation/miracle. He said that the key is to have a pure thought. To concentrate on one desire/thought. Please tell me if you who had tried this to manifest a major manifestation/miracle? Many blessings.

So one just needs to focus intensely for 68 seconds on a single desire/thought, for this major manifestation ? Sounds too simple to actually work.

I'm wondering about the precise timing, i.e. 68 seconds. Can you set a timer to this? Because, if not, how do you know when the time is up? You can't have some of your mind on the time else you lose the intense focus. Am not meaning to sound flippant here - just curious and what happens if it's 67 or 69 seconds?

If it's 69 seconds or more there is no problem. With each 17 seconds of pure thought/concentration, your manifestation will be faster. You can concentrate for 17, 34, 51, 68, 85, 102, 119, 136 etc. If you can concentrate more is better. But 68 seconds are enough for a major manifestation/miracle.

And did they research this? I'm always skeptical of these people and the gimmicks they try to get people to swallow.

I don't think it is so simple. AH also says that you have to be a vibrational match. As said here, you must believe it 100%. Thoughts are not enough, the emotions and all energy must be aligned. That is not easy imo. But if we really manage to hold 68 sec. with this 100% aligned energy, what happens when we have 746 sec. of doubt/worry about it the rest of the day? There is also another thing that perhaps can hold back miracles, it must fit other intentions and rest of the energy flowing in the universe? Lets say all of the people in village X are trying to manifest 20 beautiful white horses, that will not happen cause it will not fit in the village.
