The body physical is not strong enough to sustain the vibrations any longer. It is time for me to get in some serious shape and physical condition.

This is not a good situation.
Body shaking and trembling from weakness and massive vibrations
No access to food or nourishment for another 16 hours
Etheric repair still in progress and incomplete
Desperately in need of healing sleep
Didn't plan this one out very well.
Stupid.

Be calm, Ciona... I have sent healing energy your way. You are now floating in a warm watery pool of energy, you need no exertion to stay afloat... inky navy blueness surrounds you, you can relax and let yourself be held while your body adjusts. Rest peacefully...

I've been wondering why I've felt almost normal for the last 20 minutes or so. Not much shaking and I even had energy. Found something to eat, not much but anything helps. Thank you so much, Kaere.  I just need to finish this repair and get to tomorrow morning when I'll be home again and can do some self care. But I'm going to have to get serious about getting in shape. |

I am, I've spent the last couple of days sleeping and stuffing my face.  With nutrient dense foods. It makes a big difference. I'm thinking I'll go to a juice bar tomorrow. I feel so blessed to have my SF family, you guys are such an awesome support. |
