Reason why we need to cut karmic tie to manifest a 5D relationship

Does anyone have a reason in mind as to why we need to cut all karmic ties before we manifest a 5D relationship (twin flame or soulmate)? I've been reading articles about this online but I am curious if anyone has a reason for it.

Hm, are you sure? I'm currently undergoing a lot karmic ties breaking. Its something I've read and seems to be happening to me. By manifesting a 5D relationship, I don't mean the appearance of a twin flame (which I know you have and apparently seems to come in the 4D from what I read.) Having a twin flame come in, as you probably know, is different from the actual union, which I think would be the 5D version.

I don't really follow the lore surrounding TFs much, though I have definitely met what would be called my TF in these forums. Karmic ties, to me, are like other types of ties. How does one break something that is a part of you? I don't really think it's necessary at all. But then, I'm not physically with my TF and haven't been for years. Spiritually though, we're very much connected and at times one (I'm assuming this is your definition of 5d). So...I guess it depends on what you're expecting.

I think the karmic ties simply keep you stuck to the 3D world. And it doesn't have to be that the relationship has to end, but maybe the way you relate to each other (by the karmic tie) does

I totally agree with it.

If you u understand 3d and 5d and expect a 5d level connection to flourish under 3d conditions then you need more than luck and spells and twin flame kits. Maybe a complete consciousness reboot.

I do and don't agree with that saying. Most of what I've read online regarding twin flames and spirituality in general is **. I've found and attract my twin/soulmate before I finished cutting my energetic ties. Did our union highlight the stuff that still needed to be healed? Of course it did. be he was so patient and was able to see through my anger and aggression. He also helped me heal and laid with me through my meditations.
